As an Academic Coach, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals focused on student success and academic excellence. The Center for Academic Excellence is central to Illinois College's mission to support students in achieving their full potential through personalized coaching and academic support.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with students to develop effective academic strategies and study skills
• Provide one-on-one coaching to help students navigate coursework and academic challenges
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student progress and retention
• Help students set and achieve academic goals
• Assess individual student needs and tailor support accordingly
• Contribute to a culture of academic excellence across campus
