About the Role
As a Line Lead, you'll serve as the backbone of our manufacturing operations. You'll independently manage production equipment and process systems, apply autonomous maintenance standards to prevent downtime, and use your technical skills to solve problems and boost operational efficiency. This role combines hands-on equipment oversight with the problem-solving mindset needed to keep our lines running smoothly and meeting production targets.
What You'll Do
- Operate and independently maintain manufacturing equipment and process systems
- Apply autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and preventive maintenance protocols to minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor line performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and product quality
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams on repairs and system enhancements
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards across your assigned production area
- Track operational data and report on line performance to support business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance procedures
