About the Role

As a Nuclear Manufacturing Technician II, you'll operate within one of the industry's most specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing settings. This position supports our Nuclear Manufacturing division's core mission: managing production costs, ensuring process efficiency, maintaining equipment reliability, guaranteeing quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

What You'll Do

  • Support radiopharmaceutical manufacturing operations while adhering to regulatory standards and established procedures
  • Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to sustain uninterrupted production cycles
  • Identify and implement process improvements that optimize efficiency and reduce production costs
  • Execute quality assurance and testing protocols to verify product integrity and consistency
  • Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and champion workplace safety practices and environmental stewardship
  • Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to manage materials flow and inventory control
  • Record and report production data accurately, maintaining all required compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing or pharmaceutical production experience, with background in a technician-level role
  • Solid understanding of safety practices in technical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail in high-precision, regulated work settings
  • Capability to perform effectively in time-sensitive production environments
  • Drive to participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Physical capacity to meet the demands of the manufacturing environment
