Project Coordinator

Insight Global is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator in Bannockburn, Lake County to support a major retail and healthcare client based in Deerfield, Illinois. In this role, you'll manage critical project coordination tasks, including code reviews, budget tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with accounting and project teams.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator at Insight Global, you'll play an essential part in ensuring projects stay organized, properly coded, and compliant with financial tracking requirements. You'll work directly with senior project teams and accounting departments to move investment requests through approval and into execution, handling the detailed coordination that keeps complex retail and healthcare initiatives running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Review project codes and scopes with project teams following Investment Request approval
• Confirm store lists, work scope boundaries, asset allocations, and capital versus expense categorizations
• Collaborate with accounting to request and secure the correct Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) codes needed for project setup
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during project initialization and early execution phases
• Maintain clear communication between finance, operations, and project leadership to keep timelines on track
