Retail Co-Store Manager

About the Role

As a Retail Co-Store Manager, you'll share responsibility for the daily success of our store. Working alongside our store leadership team, you'll manage operations, lead staff, and create an environment where customers find quality products at unbeatable prices. This is a full-time position where you'll directly impact both team performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Co-manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and daily reporting
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maintain our standards
• Support sales goals and store performance through team engagement and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
• Train staff on products, customer service, and store processes
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement
