About the Role
As a Merchandise Associate at HomeGoods, you're essential to keeping our store organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing. You'll work both behind the scenes and on the floor, ensuring every product is positioned to engage customers while meeting our high standards for presentation and accessibility.
What You'll Do
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise shipments with care and accuracy
- Stock shelves and displays with attention to product placement and visual appeal
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
- Process inventory and assist with stock management systems
- Support the sales floor and assist customers when needed
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store performance goals and standards

- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
