BoxLunch & Hot Topic is hiring a Sales Associate for our Omaha, Douglas County store. About the Role

As a Sales Associate at BoxLunch & Hot Topic, you'll directly shape how our customers experience our store. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you'll combine product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm to connect shoppers with the merchandise, apparel, and collectibles they're looking for. Your role bridges customer satisfaction with store operations, ensuring smooth transactions and a welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and engage them in conversations about products and pop culture interests
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations for apparel, collectibles, and specialty merchandise
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain store displays, stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor organized
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Support the team in achieving sales and service goals
• Follow company policies and contribute to a positive store culture
