About the Role
As a Class A Regional Driver with Brown Trucking Company, you'll operate throughout the Southeast on multi-state regional routes. This is a drop-and-hook operation designed to keep you on a predictable schedule—you'll return home weekly, allowing you to maintain stability with family and your local community while building a steady career in transportation.
What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A commercial truck on regional routes with a focus on drop-and-hook freight
- Maintain consistent weekly home time, returning to the Huber, Bibb County area on schedule
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining vehicle safety and compliance
- Meet delivery timelines while adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding load status and logistics
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each route
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with no disqualifying violations
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional driving experience (regional or over-the-road)
- Clean driving record and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to meet delivery deadlines and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Reliability and consistent attendance
Compensation & Schedule
