Human Resource- Talent Acquisition Manager

The Class Consulting Group is hiring a full-time Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead our recruiting efforts in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. This is a key opportunity to shape the talent strategy of a boutique consulting firm dedicated to serving nonprofit and philanthropic organizations across the Bay Area.

About the Role

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle while supporting human resources functions for The Class Consulting Group. You'll partner directly with leadership to attract, assess, and onboard the strategic talent that drives our mission of advancing nonprofit organizations toward their goals. This role combines recruitment strategy with hands-on execution in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fill open positions across the firm
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of direct sourcing, recruiting networks, and industry partnerships
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases to maintain an organized hiring pipeline
• Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand role requirements and cultural fit
• Coordinate scheduling, assessments, and offer processes from initial contact through onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, including passive talent for future opportunities
• Support HR initiatives including employee onboarding, retention strategies, and workplace culture
• Stay current with recruiting best practices and help the firm attract mission-aligned professionals

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources experience
• Proven ability to source and recruit for professional and senior-level positions
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Understanding of hiring best practices, employment law, and candidate experience
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Interest in working with mission-driven organizations and nonprofits is a plus
