Financial Analyst Staff – F-35 Sustainment – Level 4 with Security Clearance

Lockheed Martin seeks a Financial Analyst Staff for the F-35 Sustainment program in Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy and business analytics for one of the world's most critical defense programs.

About the Role

Reporting to the F-35 Senior Business Manager for Sustainment Contracts, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the F-35 sustainment portfolio. This role is essential to ensuring contract profitability, budget accuracy, and strategic financial alignment for one of Lockheed Martin's most significant programs.

What You'll Do

• Support proposal development and reviews for F-35 sustainment contracts, ensuring financial accuracy and competitiveness
• Develop and baseline budgets for new contracts, establishing financial frameworks and cost controls
• Conduct monthly analysis of cost and profit performance against budgets and baselines
• Develop quarterly Customer Satisfaction Report (CSR) metrics and financial summaries
• Analyze contract performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership

What We're Looking For

• Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain clearance)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in defense contracting or government programs
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Demonstrated expertise managing contract budgets and cost tracking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial concepts clearly
