About the Role

As a Sales Associate at SweatHouz's Sandy Plains studio, you'll be the face of our wellness community. Your passion for health and wellness will shine as you welcome guests, guide them through our services, and help them discover the benefits of infrared sauna therapy. You'll play an essential role in building lasting relationships with members and driving the studio's success.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome clients with genuine enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values
• Guide prospects through our infrared sauna offerings and membership options, answering questions about wellness benefits
• Process membership sales, bookings, and payments using studio systems with accuracy and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm client sessions, managing the booking calendar efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment that supports client comfort and safety
• Build genuine relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals
• Support studio operations and contribute to a positive, health-focused team culture
