About the Role

The AI Transformation Office is responsible for charting the course of how Abnormal redesigns workflows, processes, and capabilities to unlock AI-driven value. As Transformation Strategy Manager, you'll drive this mission by identifying where artificial intelligence can meaningfully improve operations, then building and executing the structured plans to realize that potential.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of business functions across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Engineering to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Design and manage structured workstreams that move identified opportunities from concept to implementation, coordinating across departments and stakeholders
• Develop the operating model and governance structure that aligns prioritization, resource allocation, and accountability across the transformation initiative
• Work with department leaders to translate AI transformation strategy into concrete action plans with measurable outcomes
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and momentum across functions as the transformation unfolds

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation, strategy initiatives, or large-scale cross-functional projects
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy
• Proven skill at managing multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and diverse stakeholder groups simultaneously
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for how artificial intelligence is reshaping work and genuine interest in guiding organizations through that change
