Summer Crew-Maintenance

About the Role

You'll be part of Kermit ISD's maintenance crew, working on essential building and grounds upkeep during the summer months. This position supports day-to-day facility operations that keep our district's properties in excellent condition, from routine repairs to seasonal maintenance projects.

What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building structures, including walls, roofing, doors, windows, and fixtures
• Assist with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system maintenance under supervision
• Support groundskeeping activities including landscaping, mowing, and outdoor facility upkeep
• Complete work orders and maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize projects and meet seasonal deadlines
