About the Role
As a Building Maintenance Technician with this established operations team, you'll maintain critical building systems and respond to maintenance needs across a professional facility. Your expertise will directly support daily operations, occupant satisfaction, and facility safety standards. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from building occupants and management
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation
- Follow safety protocols and building codes in all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with the maintenance team on facility improvement projects
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of building maintenance or facilities management experience
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with occupants
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to maintain a safe, clean work environment
