Caregiver

Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Breeze Hill, Aiken County, providing essential support to seniors and adults with specialized care needs in their homes. This is a part-time position that makes a direct difference in our clients' daily lives by helping them maintain independence and dignity while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Caregiver, you'll deliver personalized, non-medical care that enables our clients to live full, independent lives. Your role involves hands-on support with daily activities, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring our clients feel valued and cared for every day.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and physical activities while maintaining safety
• Prepare and serve meals according to client preferences and dietary needs
• Administer reminders for medications and track health-related schedules
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errand services to maintain a comfortable home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and meaningful activities
• Monitor client well-being and report any changes to supervisors
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate daily activity records

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant caregiving experience
• Genuine compassion and patience working with seniors and vulnerable adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to personalized care plans
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to client needs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional caregiving standards
