Horizon Health Services is hiring a full-time Data Validation Specialist for our CCBHCD program in Getzville, Erie County. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to mental health and addiction services by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical program data.

As a Data Validation Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and compliance of program data and records. Working in a collaborative, supportive environment, you'll be part of a team dedicated to serving individuals and families in our community. What You'll Do
- Review and validate data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program standards
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or quality issues to appropriate team members
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of validation activities
- Assist with data management systems and support the organization's reporting requirements
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve data-related challenges
- Support the implementation of data quality protocols and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately with large datasets and multiple records
- Experience with data entry, records management, or quality assurance (preferred)
- Familiarity with health care, behavioral health, or social services (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Commitment to data confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and databases
