What You'll Do
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover business trends and opportunities
- Design data models and analytical frameworks that address specific business challenges
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate findings for stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions
- Assess data quality and establish governance standards across analytical initiatives
- Document technical approaches and share methodologies to strengthen team capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, or R; expertise with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong quantitative reasoning and proven problem-solving skills
- Experience managing data from multiple sources and ensuring accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and storytelling techniques
