About the Role
As a Junior Product Designer, you'll work hands-on with our design and product teams to shape the digital experiences that keep people organized and inspired. This full-time position offers direct mentorship and meaningful ownership as you grow your design craft and contribute to products used by thousands.
What You'll Do
- Participate in user research and discovery to understand how people work and solve problems
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard design tools
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to refine ideas and iterate on solutions
- Contribute to design systems and documentation to maintain consistency across our products
- Gather feedback from testing and real-world usage, then incorporate insights into your designs
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and the broader team
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, problem-solving, and user-centered thinking
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to visual and interaction clarity
- Clear communication skills and genuine interest in learning from feedback
- Curiosity about how people use products in real life
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
