About the Role
You'll represent injured clients in complex personal injury matters, from initial case evaluation through settlement or trial. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and manage personal injury cases across liability, damages, and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in settlement discussions and courtroom proceedings
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive case documentation
- Handle discovery, depositions, and evidence gathering
- Build strong client relationships and communicate case strategy and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters requiring specialized expertise
- Contribute to a practice that combines plaintiff advocacy with ethical, efficient legal work

- Active license to practice law in New York
- Proven experience practicing personal injury law
