Working full-time in Union, you'll contribute to our mission of Standing For Something Good by delivering outstanding service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the counter and throughout the restaurant
• Prepare and serve Shake Shack's signature burgers, hot dogs, shakes, and beverages with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment that exceeds health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly during busy service periods
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
• Take ownership of guest feedback and continuously improve the dining experience

Compensation

This full-time position offers $16.00 per hour, plus tips. We believe in fairly rewarding our team members for their dedication and hard work.
