About the Role

As Senior Manufacturing Planner, you will serve as a key member of the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) organization, leading execution of manufacturing schedules and material strategies across high-volume, complex production environments. Your work directly impacts inventory efficiency, material availability, and on-time delivery of critical defense programs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage production schedules, bill of materials requirements, and procurement timelines
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives to reduce excess stock while maintaining manufacturing continuity
• Coordinate material flow across manufacturing operations to meet program demands and delivery commitments
• Maintain schedule integrity through demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply chain collaboration
• Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Mentor junior planners and support cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and operations
• Support production control activities and address scheduling conflicts through data-driven analysis

What We're Looking For

• Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
• 5+ years of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or supply chain planning experience
• Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, bill of materials management, and production control systems
• Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing planning software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across organizational lines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills suitable for a senior-level role
