About the Role
We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Admissions Advisor to serve as a primary resource for individuals exploring our academic programs. In this full-time position, you'll be instrumental in helping prospective students understand their options, navigate the application process, and make confident decisions about their future education.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the initial contact for prospective students inquiring about our on-campus and online degree programs
- Guide students through program requirements, curriculum options, and career outcomes
- Explain the application process and assist candidates with submission procedures
- Discuss financial aid opportunities, scholarships, and payment options
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students throughout their decision-making process
- Follow up with inquiries and leads in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain organized, accurate records of student interactions and application status
- Represent Divine Mercy University at campus events, recruitment activities, and community outreach efforts
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
- Enthusiasm for higher education and commitment to student success
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Willingness to learn about our academic offerings and institutional mission
