What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets
- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Build a positive team culture while maintaining accountability and performance standards
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning, staffing, and customer engagement initiatives
- Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and team development
- Maintain store appearance, standards, and brand representation across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement improvements
- Foster strong customer relationships and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
