About the Role
This is a dedicated truck driving position designed for drivers with 1–5 months of commercial driving experience who are ready to establish themselves with a reliable carrier. You'll operate modern dry van equipment on assigned dedicated lanes, enjoying the stability of consistent routes and regular home time while supporting freight movement across the Southeast.
What You'll Do
- Operate a tractor-trailer unit on dedicated dry van routes with predictable weekly scheduling
- Manage 100% of freight from pickup through delivery, ensuring proper handling and documentation
- Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections, maintenance checks, and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic logs in compliance with DOT regulations
- Return home weekly as part of the dedicated dispatch model
- Capture available backhaul and stop-pay opportunities to maximize earnings
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- 1–5 months of verifiable commercial truck driving experience
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and background screening
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and on-time delivery
- Willingness to work as part of a dedicated routing team
