About the Role
As a People Business Partner at Anduril Industries, you'll serve as a strategic business partner to our Engineering leadership and teams. You'll work across the organization to design and implement people practices that enable high performance, foster strong team dynamics, and support our mission to advance defense technology innovation.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Engineering leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into people and organizational strategies
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives for your client groups
- Support team performance management, including coaching managers on feedback, development, and career pathing
- Design and facilitate organizational development programs that strengthen team capabilities
- Identify and resolve people-related challenges that impact team effectiveness and culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on organizational goals
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar strategic HR role
- Deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and performance dynamics
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of leadership
- Experience working with technical or engineering-focused organizations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to inform decisions
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
