Retail Human Resources Business Partner

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a full-time Retail Human Resources Business Partner in Orlando, Orange County, to deliver HR support and strategic guidance to retail managers and leadership.

About the Role

As a Retail Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal part in our HR organization, working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and assigned managers on HR initiatives that strengthen our business. You'll partner with our HR Centers of Excellence to ensure that managers and employees receive the guidance and support they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Provide HR support and guidance to assigned retail managers and business leaders
• Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner on strategic HR initiatives and organizational programs
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services and solutions
• Work across other business partner teams to address HR needs and drive operational excellence
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters and employee relations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an HR business partner, HR operations, or similar human resources role
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and talent management principles
• Ability to work collaboratively across business partner and HR teams
• Comfort with HR information systems and data
• Dedication to supporting employee success and organizational culture
