As a Geek Squad Agent at our Abilene, Taylor County location, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technology guidance, device diagnostics, and repair services. Whether it's troubleshooting software issues, performing preventive maintenance, or collaborating with experienced team members on advanced repairs, you'll play a critical role in our customer service mission.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assess their technology needs through thoughtful consultation
- Perform diagnostics on computers, tablets, smartphones, and other devices to identify issues
- Execute routine repairs, installations, and technical support services
- Collaborate with senior Geek Squad agents on complex repairs and advanced troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate service records and provide customers with clear communication throughout the repair process
- Stay current with product knowledge and technical trends in consumer technology
