As a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, you'll serve as a trusted partner to clients in your community, providing personalized financial guidance and investment solutions. You'll develop and manage client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances and delivering strategies aligned with their long-term objectives. What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs
- Recommend investment products and strategies based on client objectives
- Educate clients about financial concepts and market opportunities
- Build and maintain a growing client base through relationship management and community engagement
- Stay current on market conditions, products, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Series 7 and Series 65 licenses (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Passion for helping others make sound financial decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to develop your own practice
- Commitment to ethical conduct and client-centered advice
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
