Outside Sales Builder Representative

Find Perfect Tiles is seeking a Full Time Outside Sales Builder Representative to join our team in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. In this role, you'll develop relationships with builders, contractors, and developers, showcasing our premium tile selections and helping them specify the perfect products for their projects.

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Builder Representative, you'll be the bridge between Find Perfect Tiles and the construction community. You'll manage a territory, build strong partnerships with key accounts, and drive sales growth by understanding builder and contractor needs.

What You'll Do

• Visit job sites, model homes, and contractor offices to demonstrate and promote tile products
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and development firms
• Identify project opportunities and provide product specifications and solutions
• Present product samples and educate customers on quality, design, and installation benefits
• Manage sales pipeline and track customer interactions using company systems
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure project success
• Stay current on product lines, market trends, and competitor offerings

What We're Looking For

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in construction materials or building products
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently, manage your territory, and meet sales goals
• Knowledge of the construction industry and builder/contractor workflows
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
