Eurostampa North America is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician at our Yountville location in Napa County, California. In this hands-on role, you'll maintain essential facility systems and equipment, serving as a key member of our operations team. This position runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician with Eurostampa North America, you'll take ownership of facility upkeep and repairs. You'll address both routine maintenance and urgent repairs that keep our operations running efficiently, working closely with our facilities team.
What You'll Do
- Execute preventive maintenance programs on facility equipment to reduce downtime and extend asset life
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC system failures and perform repairs
- Conduct systematic inspections of building infrastructure, utilities, and equipment
- Complete detailed maintenance logs and document all repairs and service work
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain safe, compliant work practices in accordance with OSHA and facility safety standards
- Manage tools, supplies, and parts inventory
What We're Looking For
- Experience in facility maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related maintenance field
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Competence with hand and power tools and diagnostic testing equipment
- Strong troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Dependable, professional work ethic and solid communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED

Compensation
Eurostampa North America offers competitive hourly pay of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
