About the Role

As a Regional Flatbed Driver at Decker, you'll operate a tractor-trailer throughout the Midwest region, hauling loads on flatbed equipment. What You'll Do

• Transport flatbed loads across Midwest regional routes on a consistent schedule
• Operate commercial tractor-trailer equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with DOT regulations
• Inspect your vehicle before and after each load
• Secure loads properly and follow weight distribution standards
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers

What We're Looking For

• A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Minimum six months of verifiable recent tractor-trailer driving experience
• Strong safety orientation and commitment to DOT compliance
• Reliability and professionalism in meeting delivery schedules
• Ability to work within Midwest regional routes with home-time on weekends
