This full-time Class A CDL position operates on a regional reefer route, delivering temperature-controlled freight throughout designated territories. As a company driver, you'll earn $112,000 annually while maintaining direct employment with Decker, one of the industry's established carriers.

What You'll Do

• Operate a refrigerated (reefer) tractor-trailer safely and professionally across regional lanes
• Manage temperature-sensitive freight loads, maintaining required documentation and compliance
• Build consistent mileage and delivery efficiency through strong route performance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and logistics teams
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment standards

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with satisfactory driving record
