• Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are properly organized, indexed, and accessible to the legal team
• Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel to facilitate communication and schedule coordination

• Handle post-closing real estate processes, including document distribution, transaction reconciliation, and follow-up
• Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, research assistance, and general office operations
