Nobis Preschool Inc is hiring a dedicated Preschool Teacher for our Capistrano Beach location in Orange County. This is a full-time position where you'll guide young learners through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities designed to nurture their intellectual, creative, and social growth.

About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic educator to join our teaching team and create meaningful learning experiences for preschool-age children. You'll design an engaging classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore and discover new concepts through play and guided instruction.

What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that promote intellectual development, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and positive social interactions
• Establish structured daily routines and schedules that integrate academics, physical activity, and play-based learning
• Observe and document children's developmental progress and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Build positive relationships with families through regular communication about their child's growth and classroom experiences
• Organize classroom materials and spaces to support active, hands-on learning and exploration

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience working with preschool-age children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in early education
• Ability to design lessons and activities that blend learning objectives with play and imaginative exploration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues
• A genuine commitment to supporting each child's social, emotional, and academic development
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive, energetic approach to classroom teaching
