About the Role

You'll oversee radiologic technologists and coordinate daily imaging operations, ensuring safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging for every patient. Your leadership will drive departmental efficiency, staff development, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise radiologic technologists and coordinate imaging procedures across modalities
  • Perform radiographic examinations including general radiography, fluoroscopy, and specialized imaging
  • Monitor and maintain radiologic equipment, coordinating service and upgrades
  • Enforce radiation safety protocols and ensure adherence to imaging quality standards
  • Train and mentor staff on imaging techniques, equipment operation, and best practices
  • Schedule technologists and manage workload distribution to optimize patient throughput
  • Maintain detailed procedure records and track departmental performance metrics
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support patient care outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Current radiologic technologist certification (ARRT or state-equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience performing radiologic procedures and operating imaging equipment
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Expert knowledge of radiation safety, image quality standards, and imaging protocols
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to train and motivate staff
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
