About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations at our Sacramento location, balancing in-store customer engagement with integrated online fulfillment capabilities. You'll be responsible for setting sales direction, optimizing inventory, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects Urban Outfitters' brand values.
What You'll Do
- Lead sales strategy across both physical store and omni-channel platforms to maximize revenue and market share
- Build and develop a high-performing retail team through coaching, feedback, and recognition of achievements
- Create compelling in-store visual merchandising and store layouts that inspire customer engagement
- Manage daily store operations including scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture centered on creativity, innovation, and trust
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve complex customer concerns
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet store targets
