About the Role
As a Lead Team Member at pOpshelf, you'll play a vital part in keeping our store running smoothly. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership abilities while making a real difference in your store community.
What You'll Do
- Support the store manager with daily operations and team coordination
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to meet performance standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer needs
- Handle cash operations, register management, and financial accuracy
- Monitor merchandise inventory and assist with stock organization
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising
- Execute opening and closing procedures with precision

What We're Looking For
- At least 20 years of age
- Retail, customer service, or similar work experience
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with basic math and cash handling
