About the Role

In this position, you'll support the strategic direction of our Advertising & Promotions team as it scales solutions for consumers, merchants, and Dashers alike. You'll partner with our Ads Team and cross-functional stakeholders to translate insights into actionable strategy, helping ensure our advertising capabilities deliver measurable value across our entire ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Develop and communicate insights that inform strategic and operational priorities for the Advertising & Promotions team
• Analyze performance data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in advertising effectiveness and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define success metrics, track progress, and optimize campaign performance
• Support advertisers and stakeholder partners with strategic guidance based on data analysis and market intelligence
• Design and implement operational processes that enhance team efficiency and decision-making

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, business analysis, or related disciplines
• Proven analytical skills and comfort working in data-intensive environments
• Strong communication abilities; capacity to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
• Collaborative approach to cross-functional work in fast-moving environments
• Background or demonstrated interest in advertising, digital commerce, or technology platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
