Physical Therapist

Delta Companies is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time position in Salinas, Monterey County. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting, working with a collaborative healthcare team to support resident recovery and mobility goals.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist with Delta Companies, you'll provide comprehensive rehabilitative care in a skilled nursing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering direct one-on-one physical therapy services to 8–12 patients daily
• Using Nethealth electronic medical records to document assessments, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient recovery
• Adapting treatment approaches based on patient response and clinical progression
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and facility standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapy license (or recent graduate eligible for licensure)
• Strong clinical foundation in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with patients and care teams
• Professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to patient-centered care
• Adaptability in fast-paced skilled nursing settings
• Experience with or willingness to learn electronic health record systems
