Methodist Hospital Northeast is seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our intensive care unit in Live Oak, Bexar County. In this ICU nursing position, you'll provide expert clinical care to critically ill patients while having a meaningful voice in shaping patient outcomes and the direction of nursing at our organization.

What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients in the intensive care setting, including continuous monitoring, clinical assessment, and evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care delivery
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive clinical documentation and medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer learning activities, and professional development opportunities
- Apply evidence-based practice standards, infection control protocols, and patient safety best practices in daily patient care
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
- Clinical experience or demonstrated competency in acute or critical care nursing environments
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional nursing standards
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented healthcare setting
