About the Role

As a Sales Agent, you'll represent Automobile Club Of Missouri and AAA Auto Club Enterprises to members and prospects throughout our Arnold location and surrounding area. You'll connect people with membership plans, roadside assistance coverage, travel services, and automotive discounts that make a real difference in their lives. Your work combines relationship building with consultative selling, helping members find solutions that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

• Meet with members and prospects to identify automotive and travel protection needs
• Present AAA membership options, coverage levels, and service packages clearly and persuasively
• Process new memberships, upgrades, and annual renewals with accuracy
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive retention and word-of-mouth referrals
• Work toward sales goals while delivering exceptional member service
• Answer questions about roadside assistance, travel discounts, and member benefits
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow company procedures
