About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system implementations meet organizational needs while maintaining project momentum. You'll own the requirements definition, documentation, and validation process for the RAISE System Implementation program, translating complex business needs into actionable technical direction.

What You'll Do

• Develop, review, and validate comprehensive program documentation including requirements specifications, design artifacts, and process flows
• Collaborate with project managers, IT leadership, technical architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope and success criteria
• Conduct business process analysis to identify optimization opportunities and translate findings into system configuration requirements
• Lead testing strategy development and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions to build consensus and surface hidden dependencies
• Document lessons learned and best practices to support ongoing system operations and future enhancements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with demonstrated success in system implementation or enterprise software projects
• Strong proficiency in gathering, documenting, and validating functional and technical requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Expertise in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with system development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus
