About the Role
As Part Time Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role supporting store operations and team development at our Park City location. You'll work alongside your Store Manager to create an engaging retail environment where customers discover the latest from brands like adidas, Brandy Melville, and Essentials Fear of God. This position offers real responsibility and the chance to grow your leadership abilities in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.
What You'll Do
- Assist with day-to-day store operations and team supervision
- Maintain high store standards through visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization
- Support inventory management and stock accuracy across the Kimball Junction location
- Drive sales results through strong customer service and team engagement
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional shopping experiences
- Help coordinate scheduling and workforce planning
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest operational improvements
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store goals and objectives
