About the Role

As Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor on the second shift, you'll oversee daily assembly operations on the production floor, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll directly manage production teams, optimize workflow, and maintain the pace needed to meet customer demand and company goals.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct assembly line teams throughout the shift, providing real-time guidance and support
• Monitor production metrics, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and industry requirements
• Train, develop, and mentor team members on assembly procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations
• Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate with other departments to resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and quality reports
• Enforce workplace safety standards and conduct safety briefings with your team
• Communicate shift updates and performance metrics to management
