About the Role

As a dedicated company driver, you'll operate a dry van equipped with 100% touch freight responsibilities, meaning you'll handle load and unload tasks in addition to your driving duties. This dedicated route keeps you home weekly and provides predictable scheduling, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life. Your route includes opportunities to earn additional compensation through stop pay and backhaul pay, maximizing your weekly earnings.

What You'll Do

• Operate a company-provided dry van truck safely and professionally across assigned dedicated routes
• Handle 100% touch freight, including loading and unloading responsibilities at customer locations
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting
• Navigate and manage your dedicated route schedule to arrive home weekly
• Earn additional income through stop pay and backhaul pay opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A driver's license with 1-5 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record and willingness to pass DOT physical and background check
