About the Role
As a Senior Account Planner, you will serve as a strategic architect for major client partnerships, translating market insights and consumer understanding into compelling strategic recommendations. This position combines analytical depth with creative thinking to develop comprehensive account plans that guide integrated communications strategies and deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations informed by consumer, competitive, and market research
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, media, and production to execute integrated campaigns
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities for clients
- Partner with clients at senior levels as their strategic advisor throughout planning cycles
- Manage account planning processes and deliverables for high-value client relationships
- Support business development and new client acquisition initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in account planning, strategic planning, or strategic roles at advertising or marketing communications agencies
- Proven ability to synthesize research and data into clear, compelling strategic narratives
- Strong presentation and communication skills with senior stakeholder management experience
- Strategic mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-team problem-solving
- Openness to international relocation to Korea
