About the Role
As Sr. Product Marketing Manager at CircleCI, you'll own the critical bridge between product innovation, customer insights, field operations, and marketing strategy. You'll develop compelling positioning and messaging that translates sophisticated technical capabilities into clear value for engineering leaders and development teams. Working in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment, you'll operate one step ahead of product launches, driving awareness and adoption through strategic, customer-focused storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product releases and feature announcements
- Develop market-leading positioning, messaging frameworks, and narratives that differentiate CircleCI in the CI/CD space
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product direction and strategic priorities
- Create sales enablement materials, case studies, and technical collateral that drive field productivity
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales leadership on major initiatives
- Shape product-marketing campaigns that reach and resonate with technical audiences
- Measure impact through analytics and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or equivalent experience at B2B technology companies
- Demonstrated success developing market positioning and launching complex software solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience thriving in collaborative, cross-functional environments with minimal hierarchy
- Strong analytical skills and comfort measuring, tracking, and optimizing marketing performance
- Strategic mindset paired with execution excellence and attention to detail
- Familiarity with developer platforms, DevOps, or CI/CD workflows is advantageous
