Senior Content Marketing Manager

EDB is hiring a Senior Content Marketing Manager for our Atlanta, Fulton County office. This is a full-time, in-office position leading our go-to-market content strategy as we empower enterprises to unlock the potential of Postgres for mission-critical data and AI workloads.

About the Role

As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll own the development and execution of content strategies that establish EDB as the trusted guide for organizations modernizing their data infrastructure. You'll bridge technical complexity and business value, creating compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers, developers, and data leaders across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, targeting key audience segments and buyer personas across the enterprise market
• Create original, high-impact content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership pieces that drive awareness and demand
• Lead content planning and calendar management across channels, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal distribution timing
• Collaborate with product, sales, and demand generation teams to identify content opportunities and measure performance against KPIs
• Manage content creation workflows, editing, and quality assurance while mentoring junior team members
• Optimize content for search engines and user intent to increase organic visibility and engagement
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and data/AI market developments to inform strategy

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of content marketing or related experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity
• Proven track record developing successful content programs that drive lead generation and customer engagement for B2B technology companies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with content management systems, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation
• Familiarity with enterprise software, databases, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms—or demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical concepts
• Strategic mindset with ability to align content initiatives to broader business goals and measure impact
