Join Walmart's Sam's Club as a Club Enablement Lead in Glendale, Denver. In this full-time role, you'll lead the adoption of new systems, train and develop associates, and drive operational improvements that benefit both our club members and team.
About the Role
Your mission is to transform how our club operates by championing new tools, technologies, and best practices. You'll guide associates through key transitions, build their capabilities, and create a culture of continuous learning that aligns with Sam's Club values and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Direct the rollout and adoption of new systems, technologies, and processes designed to strengthen club performance and member value
- Design and execute associate onboarding programs with structured check-ins at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days to ensure successful integration into club operations
- Develop orientation and training content that reinforces Sam's Club culture, expectations, and operational standards
- Coach associates through critical early-employment milestones and track their progress toward full productivity
- Partner with club leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development solutions
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts and refine programs based on associate and member feedback
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in training, enablement, change management, or associate development
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to teach diverse audiences
- Project management experience—comfortable juggling multiple priorities and timelines
- Knowledge of retail or warehouse club operations strongly preferred
- Ability to assess training impact and adjust approaches based on results
- Collaborative approach to working across departments and driving organizational change
