About the Role

• Meet with families and individuals to understand their financial protection needs and goals
• Present benefits options and explain plan features, coverage details, and enrollment processes
• Build trusted relationships with clients through clear, thoughtful communication
• Complete comprehensive needs assessments to recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation of interactions and agreements
• Meet and exceed sales objectives while prioritizing client service and satisfaction
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed about benefits trends and updates
